The Honolulu Elks Lodge is seeking to fill the full-time position of General Manager. The General Manager serves as the chief operating officer and manages all aspects of the club, including its activities and the relationships between the Club and its Board of Directors, House Committee, members, guests, employees, community, government, and industry.
The General Manager coordinates and administers policies as defined by its Board of Directors/House Committee, develops operating policies and procedures, and directs the work of all department managers. Additionally, they are expected to implement and monitor the budget and monitor the quality of products and services, ensure maximum member and guest satisfaction while securing and protecting the Lodge’s assets, including facilities and equipment and other duties.
The General Manager must understand, support, and promote the charitable mission of the Elks.
